How is the price set?
Ready products: one-time setup fee + monthly or annual licence; hotel automation: per-module licence. Custom software: a fixed-price quote after the discovery call.
Where does our data live?
On your own server, or on a server we rent in your name. Our access is limited to maintenance windows and is written into the contract.
Does hotel automation write to our existing hotel system?
No. It connects read-only to the PMS database; it never adds or changes records.
How long does setup take?
Ready web products: 1–2 weeks (domain, brand and content included). Hotel automation: the first module in 2–4 weeks, the rest within days.
How does support work?
By e-mail and phone on business days. The monthly maintenance package includes updates, backups and small developments.
Contracts and legal texts?
Every delivery comes with a service contract, data-protection notice and privacy texts; e-commerce products also include distance-selling texts.
